This year too, Kalemana wasn’t just about pole, acrobatics, shopping, and sunsets on the beach.
It was mostly made of wrong alarm clocks, sudden tides, platforms to assemble, poles impossible to take down, kidnapped boyfriends, and logistical problems solved with methods you probably won’t find in any manual.
In short, business as usual.

Customer care according to Arianna
A girl wearing Sinergika comes to the Invertika shop.
She approaches Arianna, points to the outfit, and says very confidently: “I’ll take this.”
Arianna looks at her, looks at Sinergika, and replies: “But where did you get this?!” As in, “Did I give it to you?”
Silence.
No, Arianna.
It was Giada.
Small detail: that day she and Giada were both wearing white shirts and, apparently, to Arianna, they had officially become interchangeable.
Someone forgot Massimiliano
First lesson of this edition: you can organize transport, staff, platforms, shops, shoots, and schedules down to the minute.
And then forget Massimiliano for dinner.
He, who had practically transported half our existence to Ravenna.
We remembered him, yes.
Let’s just say… not immediately.
Massi, forgive us. 😂
The birthday Samanta hadn’t celebrated in years
Between an endless day and one laugh after another, we discovered it was Samanta’s birthday.
And above all, that she hadn’t really celebrated it for years.
Obviously, this information, thrown at a group like ours, couldn’t go unnoticed.
So, between work, chaos, and fatigue, Kalemana also transformed into her impromptu birthday party.
Perhaps it wasn't in the plans.
It was probably exactly that which made it even more beautiful. 💜
Operation puppy rescue
At a certain point, the presenter's puppy decides that he too needs to fully experience the Kalemana experience.
And he runs off.
The search begins.
Marika and Simona, who in the meantime were taking photos right there, transform into the Invertika officials and manage to recover him.
Dog safe.
Presenter safe.
Us with a new task to add to our resumes.
We’re the slackers, he’s the worker
Street shoot.
Girls, outfits, photos, movement, and the usual Invertika creative organization.
A gentleman passes by in a golf cart who, finding us in his way, decides to clarify one fundamental thing: HE was working.
We, evidently, were there wasting time.
With photographers, models, changes, equipment, and production underway.
We officially apologize for having interrupted a working day with our weekend hobby. 😂
New platforms, new problems
This year’s big debut: the new Invertika platforms by The Pole.
Beautiful. But they have to be assembled completely from scratch.
Without Mariagrazia, I don’t think we would have made it!
And this is where the interesting part begins.
The assembly, somehow, succeeds.
The problem arrives at the moment of taking down the pole.
Arianna and Giada exert all their strength.
They push. They push even more. Harder and harder.
Until someone realizes a small detail:
you had to pull. Not push.
Teamwork, yes.
Physics, needs a review.
The dawn, the alarm, and the turban
Schedule: wake up very early and sunrise shoot.
Present at the roll call: the photographers Sofia and Mariagrazia, who even manage to enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the beach.
Absent: Marika. The very one who had taken this initiative to take amazing floorwork photos in the water!
Not by choice.
She had simply set her alarm wrong and while the others were already operative on the beach, she was sleeping peacefully.
When she finally appears at breakfast, however, she does it with a turban on her head and a diva air that left very little room for guilt.
She missed the sunrise shoot.
The dramatic entrance, no.
And some beautiful morning photos came out anyway. 😂
The tide doesn't care about shoots
Beach shoot.
Everything beautiful.
Sofia and Mariagrazia calmly leave their things not far from the water.
Phones. Bags. Equipment. A computer.
Details.
At one point, someone notices that the sea seems a bit closer.
Then even closer.
Then definitely TOO close.
The desperate recovery of everything begins while the tide continues to rise with extreme nonchalance. The computer survived.
They did too.
The ability to judge distances from the sea, perhaps, a bit less.
Giada on her knees
Every year we have a logistical problem that seems unsolvable.
This year it was the platforms (as always)
No warehouses, no place to leave them overnight, and no realistic idea of where to put them.
Until Giada decides to use the definitive, sophisticated technique and fruit of years of negotiation studies: she gets on her knees in front of the Kalemana team!
Literally.
Begging to let us leave the platforms there.

It worked!!
Carlotta VS the 360
The new 360 platform was beautiful.
Everyone wanted to try it.
Everyone was enthusiastic.
Everyone except Carlotta, who was responsible for it.
Because every time someone got on it, the worst-case scenario immediately started in her head: “NOW IT’S GOING TO BREAK.”
Someone would get on.
Carlotta on alert.
Someone would move or dance.
Carlotta in a panic.
Someone would hint at a little jump.
Carlotta would probably stop breathing.
The platform survived.
Carlotta did too.
Barely.
Official update on Silvia’s warehouse!
We know that after Kalemana 2025 and Rimini Wellness 2026, many of you will have been left with a fundamental question:
“But what about Silvia’s warehouse?”
We can finally put your mind at ease. Everything perfect. Not even a smudge. No items in the sand. No tragedies.
No diplomatic crises.
Silvia’s warehouse officially continues its undefeated streak.
You can sleep peacefully.
Problem solving level: we dig!
The moment arrives to set up the shop.
And like every event, the structure must be straight, otherwise the pieces simply don't fit!
Small problem: we are on the sand.
Straight, evidently, was a relative concept.
Solution?
Dig.
We literally created holes in the sand to be able to place and level the structure.
Architecture. Engineering. Urban planning.
Invertika now offers a complete service.
Giada Delivery
This year Fabrizia wasn’t there.
And Giada evidently decided that, in addition to her normal duties, she would also absorb the staff survival department.
Back and forth: Water. Ice cream. Food. Giant pizzas. More water. Probably more ice cream.
Basically, while everyone else was working, Giada kept the entire Invertika ecosystem alive.

When they kidnap your girlfriend
During the shoot, one of the girls to be shot at the last second, with the festival almost closed, was there with her boyfriend.
We take her. We take her away: Shooting.
Photos. Changes. Time passes. He waits. Waits some more.
At one point, he must have understood that the only way to get his girlfriend back in a reasonable amount of time was to personally speed up the operations.
So he starts helping us take things down.
We don't know if it was team spirit or pure desperation.
But for us, he is officially part of the staff.
MORAL
Kalemana is also this for us.
It is arriving exhausted and returning with even less sleep, assembling things we don't know how to disassemble, digging holes in the sand, chasing dogs, saving computers from the tide, and convincing complete strangers to help us tear down.
But above all, it is our team.
People who work, laugh, help each other, improvise, and manage to turn even the most absurd moment into a memory to talk about.
And perhaps this is exactly the beauty of our events.
We can schedule stands, shoots, activities, and times.
The best stories, however, always happen on their own and without warning. 💜✨
