Can I return the product if it doesn't meet my expectations?
Of course! You can request a return within 20 days from the delivery date.
Simply write to us at resi@invertika.it stating:
- Your name
- The order number
- The items you wish to return or exchange (specifying size, color, or model)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy the cost is €7.50, and €9.50 for the islands. Free for orders over €125.
Invertika in Italy also offers the option to pay by cash on delivery. Simply select the cash on delivery payment option at checkout. This service has an extra cost of €5.
In Europe, shipping costs range from €14.00 to €30.00 depending on the country. Free for orders over €200.00.
Worldwide: delivery times vary, with a maximum of 20 business days. Any customs duties will be borne by the recipient.
- United States and Canada: the cost is €25.00. Free for orders over €250.00
- Switzerland and Norway: the cost is €18.00. Free for orders over €200.00
- Australia: the cost is €65.00
How long until I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and generally arrive within 3-5 business days with standard shipping in Italy.
In Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 7 business days.
Worldwide, a maximum of 20 business days.
I made a mistake when placing the order, can I change an item?
You can request to change an item within 2 hours of purchase, or the following morning by 8:00 AM if the order was placed after 6:00 PM, by contacting our customer service at WhatsApp no. +39 3773391632.
After this period, it will only be possible to make a return and a new purchase.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
In any case where the goods are damaged, a report must be sent to info@invertika.it WITHIN 3 DAYS from the delivery date.
Can I do pole dance in leggings or shorts/bikers?
No, leggings are not suitable for pole dancing, as they cover the skin and prevent direct contact with the pole, which is essential for grip.
If you don't want to choose briefs, we recommend shorts or bike shorts that leave key areas such as the inner thighs and hips exposed.
