Rimini 2026 Snippets πŸ’œβœ¨

As always, our events are not just about booths, setups, and endless days.

They are experiences made of sharing, laughter, unforeseen events, and small moments that end up becoming the most beautiful memories.

This year too, Rimini Wellness gave us a collection of anecdotes worth telling.

Operation Ventolin

10:00 PM. The fair is closed, but we're missing a part of the pole needed for the stage for The Pole's Friday night party show.

Problem: how to get in? This is how one of the most improbable operations in Invertika's history was born.

In front of security, Giada, with a small bottle in hand and an absolutely credible explanation, stated, "I need to go back in; I need my Ventolin."

A rather credible excuse when she returned with a small bottle in her hand! Too bad it wasn't Ventolin. It was carnitine. And well, days later, we still laugh thinking about the moment she practically drank a bottle of supplement in front of the guard, claiming with disarming seriousness that it was asthma medication.

The pole piece, however, was recovered, and the party was a huge success, so all's well that ends well.

And that's what counts.

Two trolleys for the price of one

Anyone who knows Fabrizia knows that one of her most underrated qualities is her nonchalance when it comes to strange or unpredictable things.

When collecting the trolleys, she leaves a 100-euro deposit for one.

Then she looks at the manager and asks, "Can I take two?" He sizes her up and down and replies defiantly, "Yes... and how will you carry them?"

Silence.

Then the answer, with all her serenity: "Look, for us, this is a walk in the park. Trust me."

Result? Two trolleys. Deposit for one. And no further questions.

Giada and the nocturnal meetings

Every year there's a moment when, whether we like it or not, we are confronted with the fact that Giada talks in her sleep when she eats heavily or is under stress.

This year too, it happened in the middle of the night.

At one point, she sat up in bed and began a very serious and articulate speech, saying, "Okay, I'll do it. But if you don't explain to me well what I need to do, I can't help you."

Resolute tone. Convincing arguments. Total emotional involvement. Too bad she was sleeping.

We woke up to figure out who she was suddenly talking to in the middle of the night, but she didn't. She was sleeping soundly.

The next morning, of course, she remembered absolutely nothing.

Silvia and the warehouse: the sequel we've been waiting for

After years of shaky warehouses, precarious structures, and relocations experienced like military missions, this year saw a breakthrough. Silvia's new warehouse.

It has wheels.

It drags.

It doesn't break.

It doesn't suddenly fall apart.

It doesn't risk collapsing or getting destroyed at every turn.

Practically the logistical equivalent of a spa.

Cable ties: a love story

Those who know us know that cable ties are the true heroes of every event.

This year too, they didn't abandon us.

Our changing room had decided to test our creativity, and its stability was, let's say, questionable.

But with an ingenious system worthy of the best improvised engineers, and with the help of the indispensable cable ties, we managed to secure everything again this time.

We don't know how many times they've saved us in Invertika's history. We just know that without them, we'd be lost! Thank you, cable ties!

Carlotta and the alleged hatred for the sea

It all stems from an seemingly innocent phrase. Carlotta declares she doesn't particularly like the heat.

From that moment, our collective brain makes an inexplicable logical leap: Carlotta hates the sea.

A completely invented conclusion.

From then on, it became a mission.

"Carli, look at that wonderful sunset over the sea."

"Carli, feel how nice the sea air is."

"Carli, how lucky to wake up and see the sea."

"Carli, but the sea has its charm, right?"

And so on. For days.

The best part? Carlotta actually likes the sea.

And she continued to humor us, observing us with a mixture of perplexity and resignation.

The mysterious QR Codes

Even the entrances to the fair's parking lot deserve a special mention.

For days we tried to enter by showing QR codes as exhibitors that (..inexplicably..) never worked.

Never. Not even once. Yet, every single day, we still got through.

Let's just say that always showing up with a smile, a good dose of conviction, and the air of someone who now belongs there can have its advantages.

The moral

Rimini Wellness for us is always much more than a fair.

It's made of shows, friends, teamwork, and moments that no one plans but that end up becoming the stories we tell all year long.

Between the Ventolin that wasn't Ventolin, the trolleys obtained against all odds, Giada's nocturnal talks, Silvia's new warehouse, the cable ties that save the world, and the imaginative theories about Carlotta's relationship with the sea, this edition officially joins the collection of our favorite adventures.

A special thanks to The Pole for once again creating this beautiful space for meeting, sharing, and passion, and for allowing us to be a part of it year after year.

And honestly?

We wouldn't have wanted it any other way. πŸ’œβœ¨
